Lets Learn how to make Rice papads.

Ingredients:
1 cup rice
1 spoon black til
2 green chillies
Salt to taste
Pappad stand

Method:
Wash & soak rice in water for 3 to 4 hours. Grind this with chillies to a paste with just enough water so that you get a flowing consistency. Add salt to taste & keep aside for at least 6 to 7 hours.

Take a big cooker with little water & keep for heating. Place a plate below so that the pappad plate with dough is not immersed in water.
Add half a spoon of batter to each pappad plate & spread properly. Start inserting into the stand from the bottom.

In this way place all 7 plates & place the stand in cooker & cover the lid without the weight. Keep for 2 minutes. Remove from cooker & let it cool for 1 minute. Remove slowly with a knife & place them on a cloth for drying. Next day keep it in the sun for drying.
