Basmati rice-1 cup Garlic-2tsp Spring onion white -1/2cup Spring onion green -1/2cup Capsicum-1 cup Carrot-1cup Cabbage- 2 cup pepper powder-1/4tbsp Salt-to taste Soya sauce-1tbsp Sugar-1/4tsp Sesame Oil-1 tsp Oil-2 tbsp


Wash the rice well and soak it for 20minutes .. Boil water and cook the rice until done. Drain and allow to cool ..Then keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours .Usually cook the rice the previous day evening and keep in the fridge. Finely chop all the vegetables, garlic, spring onion. Now heat oil in a heavy bottomed kadai ,and add garlic Saute for few seconds ,then add spring onion and capsicum .. Saute for another few seconds ..Now add cabbage carrot and beans ..Then Saute well and add soya sauce ,sugar, salt Finally add the cooked rice.Mix and stir well… Cook for 5 minutes … Taste it and add salt and soya sauce if needed..Finally sprinkle 1tsp of sesame oil and mix well.. Garnish with spring onion … Easy and tasty restaurant style fried rice is ready in minutes .. Enjoy with dishes.
